Foxnut Consulting
The growth partner that shows up senior
and stays senior.
We are a deliberately small team of senior practitioners — backed by a network spanning Meta, Google, Amazon, and the top startup ecosystems in Europe and India. Every brief we take on is worked by the same people who sign the proposal.
A senior practitioner reviews your growth setup and tells you what we see. No RFP. No pitch deck.
Our network includes senior practitioners from Meta · Google · Amazon · Europe’s leading companies · India’s top startups
§ 01 · The positioning
Not an agency. Not a consultancy.
A Proof Studio.
Most growth consultancies operate on a simple model: senior partners sell, junior teams deliver. You pay for the credential. You get the associate.
Foxnut Consulting works differently. There is one tier: the practitioners you meet at the first call are the practitioners who work your brief — from kickoff to final deliverable. No handoffs. No account managers. No six-week discovery phases that conclude with a recommendation to do another phase.
We are also, deliberately, a team that has been in your seat. Before advising brands on how to take a product to market, we designed, manufactured, and commercially launched our own physical products — from factory spec to customer’s hands. That experience is not analogous to consulting credibility. It is consulting credibility, applied to our own capital, at real cost.
When we say we know what a GTM looks like in practice, we mean we have run one.
Unlike firms that pitch partners and deliver associates, Foxnut has one tier: the people you meet are the people who do the work.
§ 02 · Services
What we do.
Five disciplines. One senior team. No overhead in the rate.
-
Growth Strategy
Market entry, expansion planning, revenue architecture. We work from commercial outcomes backwards — no frameworks for their own sake, no deliverables that don’t connect to pipeline. The question we answer is not “what should your growth strategy be?” It is “what does your pipeline look like in six months, and what has to be true to get there?”
-
Marketing
Brand positioning, acquisition strategy, channel mix, and messaging architecture. We write copy. We run campaigns. We structure the whole system and hand it over running. We do not produce a strategy deck and leave the execution to someone else.
-
Sales & Revenue Operations
Sales process design, pipeline architecture, team enablement, and revenue operations for B2B companies. From first contact to closed deal — structured, repeatable, and owned by your team before we leave the engagement.
-
Go-to-Market Strategy
Product launches, market entries, and category creation for brands that need to move fast without moving sloppy. We have run GTMs on our own products. We know what breaks at each stage. We have the scars to prove which decisions matter and which ones only look important until they don’t.
-
AI Enablement
We do not sell AI strategy. We build AI workflows into your commercial operations — marketing, sales, GTM — until they produce measurable outcomes. Then we hand them over. The test of our work is not a presentation. It is a system your team can run without us.
§ 03 · The network
When your brief needs more than we hold in-house.
Foxnut’s expert network is not a Rolodex. It is a deployment-ready bench of senior practitioners — professionals who have run commercial functions at Meta, Google, Amazon, leading European companies, and the top Indian startup ecosystems.
When your brief requires expertise we don’t hold in-house, we bring in the right specialist. You get their knowledge without their retainer. No expansion of the engagement model. No new agency relationships to manage. The specialist works your brief. We coordinate. You receive a coherent output.
Meta · Google · Amazon
Leading European companies · India’s top startups
§ 04 · Why small
Why deliberately small is the advantage.
The consulting industry has a structural problem.
Scale requires leverage. Leverage requires juniors. At most firms — large and boutique alike — the answer to “how do we grow?” is “how many people can we bill?” Quality becomes a function of capacity management, not practitioner skill.
We chose differently.
Foxnut is small by design, not by default. We limit engagements to what our senior team can give full attention. We bring in network specialists on demand rather than maintaining a headcount we have to justify billing. The result: you pay for the practitioner, not the infrastructure around them.
This is not a constraint dressed up as a feature. It is a deliberate operating decision — the same move Rolex makes when it refuses to enter the mass market, the same move a surgeon makes when she limits her caseload to the number she can operate on personally. The value is in the limitation.
| The large agency | The solo freelancer | Foxnut Consulting |
|---|---|---|
| Senior partners pitch; junior teams deliver | Senior attention; no network depth | Senior delivery; network on demand |
| Six weeks of discovery before anything moves | Fast, but bandwidth-constrained | Moves at practitioner speed |
| Overhead baked into every invoice | Accessible; not scalable for complex briefs | No overhead in the rate |
You are not paying for a small team. You are paying for a small team that punches well above its weight class.
§ 05 · Geography
Built between Bengaluru and Paris.
Zero bureaucracy in either.
Foxnut was built between India and Europe — not because it was convenient, but because the best thinking on strategy, brand, and growth does not live in one time zone.
Europe brings design sensibility, luxury-brand fluency earned inside the Paris ecosystem, and direct access to European markets. India brings execution depth: senior practitioners who have run commercial functions at the highest-velocity startups in the world, and the manufacturing fluency that comes from actually making physical products here.
This is not a distributed team as a talking point. A brand expanding into European markets works with people who have operated there. A company that needs commercial thinking shaped by Indian startup velocity gets it first-hand. And when a brief needs the US perspective, our network includes practitioners from Meta, Google, and Amazon who take the call.
Two centers of gravity.
Zero layers between you and the work.
§ 06 · Proof
The work, not the claim.
We are building this section with specific client outcomes — named companies, concrete results, honest timelines. In the meantime, here is what we can show you now:
-
Operator credibility
Before Foxnut Consulting took on its first external client, this team designed, manufactured, and commercially launched physical products — art supplies sold into ~100 countries, and a card game now in its first print run. That required running real GTMs: product-market fit testing, pricing, channel selection, buyer conversations, and post-launch iteration. This is not analogous to product experience. It is product experience, applied to our own capital.
-
Network depth
Our international network includes senior practitioners from Meta, Google, Amazon, leading European companies, and the top Indian startup ecosystems — deployable on specific briefs, not as general references. When we say “our network includes people from Google,” we mean: we call them when your brief needs what they know, and they take the call.
-
AI enablement
Our AI enablement engagements produce operational systems, not strategy documents. Every AI workflow we build is handed over with working documentation and the capability for your team to run and modify it without us. The deliverable is operational independence, not a retained dependency.
§ 07 · FAQ
Questions we get.
How do I know it’s actually senior attention throughout — not just at the start?
Because there is no other tier. Foxnut does not employ juniors on client work. The practitioner you meet in the first conversation is the practitioner who works your brief from kickoff to final deliverable. We are structured so that this is the only way we can operate.
What types of companies do you work with?
Consumer brands and B2B companies at the growth stage — typically companies that have found product-market fit and need to accelerate commercial velocity, or companies expanding into new markets where an international team is a structural advantage rather than a nice-to-have. The common thread: a commercial leader who wants senior attention, not account management.
Do you take on one-off projects or ongoing retainers?
Both. We work on structured project engagements — defined scope, defined timeline, defined outcome — and on retainer arrangements for companies that need a senior commercial mind consistently available. We’ll tell you which model fits your brief in the first conversation.
How is the AI enablement offer different from hiring an AI consultant?
Most AI consulting produces a strategy document recommending an implementation. We build the implementation — workflow by workflow, integrated into your existing commercial operations — and hand it over as a working system. The question we ask is not “what should AI do for your business?” It is “what is AI actually doing for your business by the end of our engagement?”
What does working with an international team mean for my project in practice?
It means your brief is not constrained by the expertise in one geography. Our own practice spans Bengaluru and Paris; our network reaches practitioners from Meta, Google, Amazon, Europe’s leading companies, and India’s top startups. If you are expanding into Europe, you work with people who have operated there. If you need commercial thinking shaped by high-velocity Indian startup culture, it is in the room.

A note from the team
We built Foxnut the way we did because we spent long enough watching the other model up close. Senior partners selling credibility. Junior associates doing the work. Strategy decks written by analysts who had never run a GTM function. Advice given confidently by practitioners who had never owned the outcome.
We wanted to build something where the person who signs the proposal is the person who does the work — and where “we’ve done this” means exactly that: we’ve done it, with our own money, on products we designed and manufactured ourselves. Between us, that has meant art supplies made in Nashik and sold into a hundred countries, a travel company that planned thirty thousand trips, marketing built from zero inside Paris luxury-tech, and a card game whose first print run is selling as you read this.
We are not a large firm that got small. We are a small firm by design — because the alternative was scale at the cost of the thing that makes the work good.
If that is the kind of partner you are looking for, we should talk.
